We are happy you are here and that we can offer you high-quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. On this page, you will find all important information about purchasing, payment, shipping, complaints and returns, as well as how we protect your personal data.

ORDERING

Shopping on our webshop is quick, simple and secure. You can choose the product you like, add it to your cart and follow the simple steps to complete your order. Once you confirm your purchase, we will send an order confirmation with all important details to your email address. The invoice for your purchase will also be sent to the same email address you provided when placing the order.

If the product you ordered is currently unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you options: you can wait for the product to be back in stock, choose an alternative product or request a refund.

PAYMENT METHODS

On our webshop, we offer several secure and convenient payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best:

  • Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
  • Google Pay, Apple Pay and Revolut Pay: Digital options for fast and secure shopping.
  • Cash on delivery: Available only within Croatia, you pay the courier when receiving the package.
  • Bank transfer: Available only within Croatia.

All transactions are protected by the latest security protocols to keep your data completely safe during payment.

SHIPPING

Orders placed through our website are shipped exclusively to addresses within Croatia and European Union member states. All products are shipped from Croatia, so there are no additional customs charges within the EU. If your country is outside the EU, feel free to contact us at info@maleena.hr so we can check the available shipping options.

Delivery times

  • Croatia, mainland: Delivery takes 2-3 business days from the moment of dispatch.
  • Islands and remote areas: Delivery may take 3-5 business days.
  • EU countries: Delivery takes 2-5 business days.

During promotional periods, order processing times may be extended, but we do our best to send all orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs

  • Croatia: Free shipping for all orders.
  • EU: Free for orders over €99.00. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €9.

All shipping costs are shown in your cart before you confirm your order.

Shipment tracking

All packages are assigned a tracking number, which we can send to you by email upon request. This number allows you to track the status of your shipment in real time. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@maleena.hr so we can check the status and provide a solution.

Packaging and safety

All products are carefully packed to ensure they are protected during transport. Upon delivery, we recommend checking the condition of the package. In case of visible damage, please report it to the courier immediately and refuse to accept the shipment.

COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS

At Maleena.hr, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to return it within 30 days.

Return procedure

  • We accept products that are unopened or opened and tested, but are at least 90% full.
  • Returns are possible only for products purchased directly through our online shop, maleena.hr. If you made your purchase through another point of sale, please contact them directly.
  • To start a return, please send us an email at info@maleena.hr with:
    • First and last name
    • Contact number
    • Invoice number
    • Product name

After we receive your request, we will send you further return instructions.

The return should be sent to the following address:

Please send the package within 14 days from submitting the return request. Return shipping costs are borne by you, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected. If the return is approved, the amount will be paid to your account as soon as possible.

RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER

The customer and the merchant, VITASLAB COSMETICS, owned by Lana Vitas, have the right to cancel the order before the goods are sent for delivery, with a full refund.

  • If the merchant, for any reason, cannot deliver the paid product, the customer will receive a full refund within 3 business days.
  • If the customer decides to cancel the order before dispatch, the refund will also be issued within 3 business days.
  • If the customer cancels the order after the goods have already been shipped, the refund will be issued after the goods are returned to the seller, reduced by the shipping cost.

COUPONS

We occasionally offer promotional coupons that provide discounts on certain products or orders. Coupons are time-limited and valid only within the stated period. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise stated. Any misuse of coupons may result in cancellation of the order or deactivation of the coupon.

JURISDICTION

All legal relations between the customer and Maleena.hr are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve the disagreement amicably. If no agreement is reached, all disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the court according to the seller’s registered office.
