GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed through our website are shipped exclusively to addresses within Croatia and European Union member states. All products are shipped from Croatia, so there are no additional customs charges within the EU.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders placed on business days, from Monday to Friday, are usually processed and prepared for shipping within 24 hours. During promotional and seasonal periods, processing times may be extended due to a higher volume of orders, but we do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery time depends on the location:
- Croatia: Delivery to mainland addresses usually takes 2-3 business days from the moment of dispatch.
- Islands and remote areas: Delivery may take 3-5 business days.
- EU countries: Delivery within 2-5 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
- Croatia: Free shipping for all orders.
- EU countries: Free shipping for orders over €99.00. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €9.
All shipping costs are shown in your cart before you confirm your order.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
All packages are assigned a tracking number, which we can send to you by email upon request. This number allows you to track the status of your shipment in real time.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@maleena.hr so we can check the status and provide a solution.
PACKAGING AND SAFETY
Products are carefully packed to ensure they are protected during transport. Upon delivery, we recommend checking the condition of the package. In case of visible damage, please report it to the courier immediately and refuse to accept the shipment.
