Simply return the product to us, and we will issue a refund or send you a replacement — ensuring you receive the full value of your choice.

RETURN POLICY

We accept products that are unopened or opened and tested (up to 90% full).

The right to return applies to customers who purchased directly from maleena.hr, for purchases made through other retailers, please contact the point of sale where the product was purchased.

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@maleena.hr including the following information:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Invoice number
  • Product name

Once we receive your email and respond with further instructions, you may send the product to:

Please send the package within 14 days from the date of your complaint submission.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, customers are responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the product.

After we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request. If approved, the refund will be transferred to your account as soon as possible.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER

Both the merchant (VITASLAB COSMETICS, vl. Lana Vitas) and the customer may exercise the right to cancel the contract (order cancellation) before the goods are dispatched, with a refund of previously paid funds.

If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the paid goods, a refund will be issued within 3 working days.

If the customer cancels the order before it has been dispatched, the refund will be issued within 3 working days.

If the customer cancels the order after it has been dispatched, the refund will be issued within 3 working days after the goods are returned, reduced by the delivery cost.
